Abstract: A holder for affixing a wheel-set with or without a strap comprising of a supporting-plate having a distal end and a proximal end, said supporting-plate having two extended L-shaped arms oppositely connect to said supporting plate from said distal and proximal ends; and a holder-means partially raised from said supporting-plate having a substantially hexagonal holder-plate to form an opening of rectangular shaped with two symmetrical grooves adapted to grip the opposite sides of a wheel-plate of said wheel-set, that can be fixed by screws, straps, adhesives or magnets to the flat surface of a moveable object of any size.
