Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems of providing computerized medical communications. An exemplary method includes receiving patient account data associated with a patient and generating a plurality of questions configured to elicit responses from the patient. The method transmits the generated plurality of questions to the patient and subsequently receives response data from the patient wherein the response data is generated based on the transmitted plurality of questions. Virtual chart data is generated with a virtual chart logic based on the received response data. Provider data comprising subscribed providers is received and a secure session is generated between the patient and a provider based on at least the patient account data and the provider data. The virtual chart data is provided to the medical care provider during the session; and, upon termination, a method of acceptance is provided to the patient to indicate an approval of the secured session termination.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for accessing and managing a virtual desktop. In some examples a desktop access manager may be provided to enable and communicatively link a virtual desktop key such that a user may access a linked desktop virtually over a second computing device. The systems and methods provide increased security when accessing a virtual desktop and enable customization of access to the virtual desktop.

Abstract: A method for a mobile computing device comprises downloading a one-time password initializer from an authentication server, the one-time password initializer configured to generate a device-specific signature for the mobile computing device; uploading a device-specific signature to the authentication server; and downloading a device-specific configuration and one-time password generator from the authentication server. In this way, both the mobile computing device and authentication server may independently generate equivalent one-time passwords based on unique information associated with the mobile computing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for distributing an encryption key. In some examples, a first computing system may be paired with a second computing system. A pseudo-random sequence of bytes may be generated for use as an encryption key in response to requests from the first and second computing systems, while distinct random sequences of bytes may be generated in response to requests from computing systems other than the first and second computing systems. The systems and methods provide secure communications between paired computing systems without key maintenance by the end users.
