The ceiling covers the roof panel from the inner side of the cabin. The vibration damping member is fixed to an upper surface of the ceiling. The vibration damping member is arranged between a sun visor fixed portion and a gusset fixed portion in the vehicle width direction and near the front header. The vibration damping member has at least two resonance frequencies and is configured such that one resonance frequency thereof is substantially the same as a resonance frequency of the ceiling.
