In this configuration, the first strap is adapted for fitting about the sole of a foot of the person, and the second strap is adapted for fitting about the heel of the foot. The fasteners are adapted for being attached to the distal end of the pant leg so as to hold the distal end of the pant leg in place about the person's ankle region.
