    Abstract: A system for displaying a motivational image of a user on an electronic device that includes at least a camera and a display. The system includes an adjustable mount for the electronic device that is adapted to orient the camera and display of the electronic device towards the user. The electronic device, upon detection of movement by the camera, is adapted to display the motivational image, such as a thinner representation of the user, on the display in accordance to the speed or duration of the detection of the movement of the user. The electronic device may be adapted to further receive an input from the user in order to calculate the amount of exercise required for the user to achieve the desired weight. Further, the system is able to validate the user's identity and exercise achieved as well as providing health screenings using biometric testing.
