    Abstract: An adjustable bed base includes a deck assembly made at least partially of foam. In one embodiment multiple sections of the deck assembly are joined to each other with living hinges formed from a plastic material coating the different sections of deck. In another embodiment, each section is made from foam surrounded with a plastic cover and adjacent sections joined with conventional hinges.
