  • Patent number: 11944130
Abstract: A vaporizer device includes various modular components. The vaporizer device includes a first subassembly. The first subassembly includes a cartridge connector that secures a vaporizer cartridge to the vaporizer device and includes at least two receptacle contacts that electrically communicate with the vaporizer cartridge. The vaporizer device includes a second subassembly. The second subassembly includes a skeleton defining a rigid tray that retains at least a power source. The vaporizer device also includes a third subassembly. The third subassembly includes a plurality of charging contacts that supply power to the power source, and an end cap that encloses an end of the vaporizer device.

  • Publication number: 20200291919
Abstract: A vertical axis wind turbine blade (100), vertical axis wind turbine (200) and a wind power generation device, the outer profile (110) of the cross section perpendicular to the vertical axis of the vertical axis turbine blade (100) is part of a NACA four digit series symmetrical airfoil profile, the outer profile (110) has a first opening (111), and the cross section of the inner profile (120) curves inwardly to form a wind scoop (130); the vertical axis wind turbine (200) comprises rotor shafts (210, 220) and at least two vertical axis wind turbine blades (100) disposed on uniform axes and surrounding the rotor shafts (210, 220); the vertical axis wind power generation device comprises a generator and a vertical axis turbine (200).

  • Patent number: 5902140
Abstract: A power strip that is resistant to the tampering of children is provided. The power strip includes a non-conductive housing and multiple electrical sockets. In front of each socket is a non-conductive plate with holes corresponding to the holes of the outlet. The plate is spring-biased into a first position so that the holes in the plate are out of alignment with the holes in the socket to prevent a child from inserting anything into the socket. A non-conductive barrier is disposed between the spring that biases the plate and the conductors that connect the sockets together to prevent inadvertent contact between the spring and the conductors. A depression is formed in the housing so that, when the prongs of a standard three-prong plug are inserted into the holes of the plate to rotate the plate, all three prongs will make contact with the plate and rotation thereof will be facilitated. The power strip may include a surge protector as well.
