    Abstract: A toothbrush particular adapted for use in prisons and jails is set forth. The handle is of plastic construction and is preferably formed with a pair of elongate frame members defining preferably two or three cutouts therebetween. The body of the handle is formed of a flexible plastic material and has substantial filler therein. This defines a handle which cannot be sharpened to form a dangerous instrument. The handle is of conventional length and width in other regards.
