Abstract: Various embodiments of layout tool devices and systems are provided. In various embodiments, the layout tool devices and systems improve layout work flow using layout tools, such as via using lasers and/or customized flexible elongate structures to facilitate marking points along a line, including systems with multiple devices, such as mobile devices, that emit lasers in combination with the other devices in the system.

Abstract: A unique, portable, mini-warehouse system is defined comprising a plurality of side-by-side cubicles permanently mounted for mobility on a wheeled trailer frame; the mini-warehouse system being lowered to a ground access level for use as a temporary, multi-cubicle storage facility and being raised on wheels for travel on roadways; the mini-warehouse system being provided with a unique, leak-resisting doorway assembly (with threshold) to assist in preventing the entry of rainwater into the cubicles.

Abstract: A housing system formed of a plurality of separate, preconstructed living units which housing system is characterized by a unique roof joint system wherein one of the adjacent living units comprises an overhanging casing protruding from and running along the length of its roof edge and the adjacent living unit comprises an uprising flange element extending along the length of its roof edge; and further characterized in that the roof edges of adjoining living units need not be equal in height and the length of any unit comprising the housing system need not be equal to the length of any other unit within the housing system. The present invention allows for a multitude of new and different housing designs for preformed, transportable homes.
