  • Publication number: 20230000007
Abstract: A device detects a trigger to dispense a product at a dispense point using a tool operably coupled to a tractor. In response to detecting the trigger, the device determines a delay time between commanding the tool to dispense the product and the product actually being dispensed, and determines a release point based on operating parameters of the tractor, the release point being a point at which the tractor is predicted to be an amount of time away from the dispense point equal to the delay time. The device determines that the tractor has reached the release point, and commands the tool to dispense the product, where the product reaches the dispense point based on the delay time.

  • Publication number: 20190365198
Abstract: A flexible footwear retaining device is designed to accept and retain articles of footwear thereon. The device includes a hanging cord, a first stopper, a second stopper, an eyelet, and at least one shoe holding mechanism. Where the at least one shoe holding mechanism is connected to the eyelet, while the eyelet is connected to the hanging cord, and the hanging cord is connected to the first stopper and the second stopper. The at least one shoe holding mechanism further includes a first insert and a second insert. Each of which further includes an insert rim and an insert shell that is inserted into the footwear article and retained thereafter. The inserts are connected to the at least one shoe holding mechanism and subsequently the eyelet such that the footwear articles may be suspended within an enclosed drying environment and prevent slipping through the first stopper and the second stopper.

  • Patent number: 8695396
Abstract: A product distribution apparatus, shown in the form of an agricultural air seeder is disclosed having sensors to measure the mass flow through the distribution system, sensors to weigh the tank and the product therein, and sensors to measure the quantity of product in the tank. The sensors are used to measure the change in the quantity of product in the tank during a calibration process where the apparatus is operated over an area and the number of rotations of the meter are recorded. The data is then used to determine a mass flow rate per revolution of the meter. A monitoring method is also disclosed in which an ‘area to empty’ and ‘product needed’ to complete a field or task is displayed to the operator.

  • Patent number: 7726251
Abstract: A seeding machine having a plurality of row units and a processing circuit. Each of the row units have a seed metering device, a seed placement device and a sensor suitable to detect a parameter related to seed placement. The seed metering device includes a metering member providing a metering action to a plurality of seeds. The seed placement device receives the seeds from the seed metering device. A seed meter drive controller receives an index signal from the sensor on the row unit as well as a reference pulse signal. The processing signal of the drive controllers compares the index signal to the reference signal. Each drive controller is selectively programmable to control an associated motor of the meter drive to produce a desired relationship between the row unit index signal and the reference signal thereby synchronizing the seed placement among two or more rows. block diagram illustrating an alternative arrangement of the meter drive and control system components.

  • Publication number: 20080256333
Abstract: A system, method, and program product is provided that receives an instruction to fetch data from a data page. The data page is associated with a storage key and a fetch protection bit, and the instruction is pointed to by the program status word (PSW) that includes a PSW key and an ignore fetch protection bit. The data is fetched from the data page when the PSW key is a non-zero value, the PSW key is different than the storage key, and both the fetch protection bit and the ignore fetch protection bit are set ON. However, the data is not fetched from the data page when the PSW key is a non-zero value, the PSW key is different than the storage key, the fetch protection bit is ON, and the ignore fetch protection bit is OFF.
