A solid oxide fuel cell includes a unit cell formed by stacking a cathode, electrolyte, and an anode, a separator plate having channels in both surfaces thereof, wherein reaction gas flows through the channels, and the channels include longitudinal channels parallel to a flow direction of the reaction gas, and lateral channels crossing the flow direction of the reaction gas, and a collector disposed between the unit cell and the separator plate. The longitudinal channels increase in width from a reaction gas inflow hole to a reaction gas outflow hole.
