In addition, high DPPH free radical scavenging (%) associated with antioxidant activity was observed, and reduction in cytokines Iinterleukin-1? (IL-1?), Iinterleukin-8 (IL-8), Iinterleukin-6 (IL-6), and Toll-like receptor (TLR4), which are associated with an inflammatory response, was observed.
