    Abstract: A producing method of a fuel cell stack includes a transfer robot configured to clamp and to transfer a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and a gas diffusion layer (GDL) component. A feeding testing unit is configured to check a stacked status of the MEA and the GDL component while the MEA and the GDL component are transferred and stacked by the transfer robot. A control unit is configured to receive a signal of the feeding test unit and to transmit an error signal when it is determined that the MEA and the GDL component are erroneously stacked.

A roller structure includes a roller in rolling contact with the guide bar and is installed at the press unit. A weight detection portion detects weight that is applied to the roller by the guide bar. Additionally, a controller determines whether the guide bar is at the home position based on a detection signal of the weight detection portion and operates the press unit.

Preferably, the fuel cell element unit is rotated on the stage, X-ray is applied to the rotating unit to gain the tomogram thereof, and the tomogram is reconstructed to be a three-dimensional image through a computerized tomography (CT scanning) such that the pinhole formed within the unit can be effectively detected.
