  • Publication number: 20240158705
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device for refining waste plastic pyrolysis oil, the method including (S1) subjecting a waste plastic pyrolysis oil feedstock to a heat treatment by charging the waste plastic pyrolysis oil feedstock into a rotary kiln reactor and increasing a temperature of the rotary kiln reactor to form a product; (S2) recovering a gas component from the product of step (S1); (S3) separating a high boiling point wax component from the recovered gas component and re-supplying the separated high boiling point wax component to the rotary kiln reactor in step (S1); and (S4) recovering refined oil from the gas component from which the high boiling point wax component is removed.

  • Publication number: 20240132364
Abstract: Provided is an aerogel blanket and a method for producing the same, wherein a catalyzed sol is sufficiently and uniformly impregnated into a blanket in an impregnation tank, and the catalyzed sol is allowed to stay in the impregnation tank for a specific time to control fluidity while achieving a viscosity at which the catalyzed sol can be easily introduced into the blanket, thereby forming a uniform aerogel in the blanket. As a result, the uniformity of pore structure and thermal insulation performance of an aerogel blanket are improved, the loss of raw materials is reduced through the impregnation process, the occurrence of process problems is reduced, and the generation of dust is reduced.

  • Patent number: 11926529
Abstract: Provided is an aerogel blanket and a method for producing the same, wherein a catalyzed sol I sufficiently and uniformly impregnated into a blanket in an impregnation tank, and the catalyzed sol is allowed to stay in the impregnation tank for a specific time to control fluidity while achieving a viscosity at which the catalyzed sol can be easily introduced into the blanket, thereby forming a uniform aerogel in the blanket. As a result, the uniformity of pore structure and thermal insulation performance of an aerogel blanket are improved, the loss of raw materials is reduced through the impregnation process, the occurrence of process problems is reduced, and the generation of dust is reduced.

  • Publication number: 20230083019
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid crystalline structure-forming omega-3-fatty acid composition and, more specifically, provides an omega-3-fatty acid composition comprising: amphoteric lipids which form liquid crystalline structures when exposed to aqueous media such as gastrointestinal juice; omega-3 fatty acids or derivatives thereof; and a liquid crystalline structure-forming aid. The omega-3-fatty acid composition forms self-assembled lyotropic liquid crystals which are thermodynamically stable in structure, irrespective of digestion in the gastrointestinal tract, thereby promoting the solubilization and absorption rate of omega-3-fatty acids as well as providing preparations 30% or more smaller in size than conventional soft gel capsules of omega-3-fatty acid preparations. Thus, the composition can be taken with more ease by geriatric patients and the like and allows for provision of omega-3-fatty acid preparations increasing in in-vivo dissolution and absorption.

  • Publication number: 20220125888
Abstract: Provided is a sustained-release lipid pre-concentrate in the form of a lipid solution, including an unsaturated fatty acid having 14 to 20 carbon atoms (C14˜C20); a phospholipid; and ?-tocopherol acetate, wherein the sustained-release lipid pre-concentrate is free of diacyl glycerol and sorbitan unsaturated fatty acid ester; and forms a liquid crystal in an aqueous medium. Further provided is a sustained-release injectable pharmaceutical composition in the form of a lipid solution, including the pre-concentrate and a pharmacologically active substance, wherein the sustained-release injectable pharmaceutical composition is free of diacyl glycerol and sorbitan unsaturated fatty acid ester.
