  • Publication number: 20240067079
Abstract: A brake lamp control method of a vehicle is provided. The method includes determining whether a deceleration of the vehicle based on regenerative brake through the electric motor is present in a hysteresis period between an off threshold as a reference for turning off a brake lamp and an on threshold as a reference for turning on the brake lamp. When the deceleration of the vehicle is present in the hysteresis period, the method includes determining a state of the brake lamp before the deceleration of the vehicle enters the hysteresis period. In response to determining that the brake lamp is turned on or off for a reason except for the regenerative brake before the deceleration of the vehicle enters the hysteresis period, a request for turning on the brake lamp is set or reset based on the regenerative brake in response to the determined state of the brake lamp.

  • Patent number: 11912168
Abstract: An apparatus and method control regenerative braking torque of an electric vehicle on which an anti-lock brake system (ABS) is mounted. The apparatus and method can compensate the regenerative braking torque of the driving motor based on the behavior model of the electric vehicle, such that the ABS is prevented from entering an operating range to the maximum limit to maximize the energy recovery rate through regenerative braking. The apparatus includes a disturbance extractor that extracts a disturbance in a specific frequency band from a difference between a behavior model and an actual behavior of the electric vehicle. The apparatus includes a torque compensator that compensates for the regenerative braking torque based on the disturbance extracted by the disturbance extractor.

  • Patent number: 6609560
Abstract: A flat evaporator is provided. In the evaporator, a common chamber formed on a substrate with a predetermined diameter and depth for containing a coolant is divided into a vaporization cavity region, a capillary region surrounding the vaporization cavity region, and a manifold region surrounding the capillary region. The capillary region has a capillarity generator capable of generating capillary action, and a top plate is configured to include an exhaust unit including a gas collector to exhaust a gas coolant generated in the vaporization cavity region. The evaporator can be implemented as a small and thin cooling device for performing cooling without external power. Furthermore, the evaporator can effectively prevent degradation of fluid flow force due to coexistence of gas and liquid by isolating a liquid coolant from a vaporized coolant by a capillary region, thereby significantly improving heat exchange characteristics.
