Abstract: The systems and methods may provide users with an interactive way to form a definition of a business process and later use the business process definition to get a variety of metrics that quantify process cost for the specified process and help users understand how much collaboration happened for a specific process. The systems and methods may also provide capabilities to refine or streamline the business processes for efficiency.

Abstract: The disclosure herein describes improving collaboration between users in a user network based on collaboration strength and collaboration diversity. Collaboration data associated with collaboration activity between a user network is collected. Based on the collaboration data, collaboration ties of the user accounts are identified, wherein each collaboration tie is associated with a source user account and a target user account. For each collaboration tie, a tie strength score and a tie diversity score are determined based on the collaboration data. Each collaboration tie is then classified as a strong tie or a weak tie based on a tie strength threshold and as a diverse tie or a nondiverse tie based on a tie diversity threshold. Based on analysis of the classifications of the collaboration ties, a recommended action is generated and provided via a collaboration interface, whereby the collaboration interface enables collaboration of the user network to be improved.

Abstract: A system and method for configuring an application is described. The system identifies user collaboration data of users of an application. The user collaboration data indicates durations of collaborations between one or more users using the application. The system computes an influencer score of a first user based on the duration of collaborations between the first user and the other users. The system determines that the influencer score of the first user exceeds an influencer score threshold and generates a configuration setting of the application for the first user. The system applies the configuration setting to the application for the first user.

Abstract: A system and method for determining collaboration metrics of an application is described. The system accesses user activity data of an application from a plurality of user accounts of an enterprise. Collaboration metrics for each user account are identified based on the corresponding user activity data. The system identifies a first group and a second group of user accounts from the plurality of user accounts. The system generates a recommendation of a configuration setting of the application for the second group of user accounts. A graphical user interface (GUI) indicates the first group and the second group of user accounts, and the recommendation of the configuration setting of the application for the second group of user accounts.
