    Abstract: The present invention relates to a shielding filler, a shielding coating comprising the same, a preparation method and a use thereof. The shielding filler adopts melamine sponge as a carrier and surfaces thereof are covered with FeOx/graphene. The electromagnetic shielding coating is formed by mixing a component A and a component B in a molar ratio of (—OH)A:(—NCO)B=1:1, in which component A comprises fluorocarbon resin, elastic polyester resin, an electromagnetic filler, an auxiliary agent and a mixing solvent, and component B is isocyanate. The shielding filler of the present invention has a sponge-like macroporous structure, the pore wall surfaces of which are covered with ferrite and graphene, and the shielding filler has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance due to the electrical loss and magnetic loss. The obtained electromagnetic shielding coating layer is electrically conductive and magnetically inductive and has a broad electromagnetic shielding response frequency band.

    Abstract: A moving part of a maglev train, comprising two levitation frames that are arranged at an interval along the direction of travel, the two levitation frames being connected by means of a vertical beam; a peripheral wall of the vertical beam provided with a slot that may reduce the torsional rigidity thereof, being capable of reducing the torsional rigidity of the traditional vertical beam so as to reduce the coupling effect between the two levitation frames that are connected by means of the vertical beam, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty and energy consumption of levitation control. The levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with a vertical shock absorber and a horizontal absorber having suitable damping values, the levitation frames and the train body are provided therebetween with horizontal stoppers and vertical stoppers which may prevent excessive horizontal movement, rollover and overturning.

An outer surface of the door body (100) is flush with an outer surface of the vehicle body when the door body (100) is closed. A movement track of the door body is arranged as an arc-plus-linear reciprocating motion. The outer surface of the door body is flush with the outer surface of the vehicle body when the door body is closed, so that there exists no height difference between the vehicle body and a doorway of the side sliding door. Snow accumulation at doorway under an extreme cold working condition is avoided, and then the risk of a door body being frozen is reduced.

A sliding rail is fixedly connected to a side of the bottom plate where the bottom plate is lap-jointed to a skeleton lateral beam of the equipment compartment. One of the sliding rail and the skeleton lateral beam is provided with a recess and the other is provided with a protrusion engaged with the recess. In the mounting structure, the connection of the bottom plate and the skeleton lateral beam is achieved by the engagement of the recess and the protrusion. Therefore, connecting pieces for connecting the bottom plate and the skeleton lateral beam are removed and the number of the connecting pieces is significantly reduced.

    Abstract: A railway vehicle and a head car cowcatcher thereof are provided. The head car cowcatcher includes a flow guiding plate; a front-end frame mounted at a front end of an inner side surface of the flow guiding plate; and longitudinal sills mounted at two sides of the inner side surface of the flow guiding plate. Two ends of the front-end frame are respectively connected to the longitudinal sills located at the two sides. The rigidity of a connecting part of the longitudinal sills and the front-end frame is smaller than the rigidities of any parts of the longitudinal sills and the front-end frame. When obstructions are cleared or a train collision occurs, the connecting part of the front-end frame and each of the longitudinal sills would be largely deformed if the impact force the cowcatcher bears is beyond the maximum load the cowcatcher can bear.
