Abstract: A stator assembly includes a strip stator core, a three-phase coil winding, and an end insulator. The strip stator core includes twelve stator core units, twelve connection parts, and twelve slots; every two adjacent stator core units are connected by one of the twelve connection parts; each slot is disposed between every two adjacent stator core units, and each stator core unit includes a yoke and a tooth protruding from one end of the yoke; every two adjacent teeth are abutted against each other to form one of the twelve slots. The three-phase coil winding includes a U-phase winding, a V-phase winding, and a W-phase winding. The end insulator includes a first end insulator and a second end insulator; the first end insulator includes a first coil-in pin, a second coil-in pin, a third coil-in pin, and a coil-out pin.

Abstract: A stator lamination includes a middle part, an annular yoke, and a plurality of stator teeth. The middle part includes a central hole. The plurality of stator teeth extend from the inner side of the annular yoke and are evenly distributed. A wire slot is formed between every two adjacent stator teeth, whereby the annular yoke includes a plurality of wire slots. Each of the plurality of stator teeth includes a tooth root and a pole shoe disposed at one end of the tooth root. The stator lamination has an outer diameter ranging from 61.75 mm to 68.25 mm, and the central hole has a diameter ranging from 31.6 mm to 35 mm. The plurality of wire slots are evenly distributed around an edge of a circle, and the bottom part of each wire slot is tangent to the circle.

A plurality of installation parts is disposed at an outer side of the cover body. The bottom cover and the cover body are embedded with each other and welded together or stuck together. The blower has a simple connection structure, high generality, friendly installation, and low cost.
