  • Publication number: 20240103029
Abstract: There are provided a sample conveying device and a sample conveyance method capable of determining a cause of an abnormality in a conveyance speed more quickly than in the related art. In a conveying device 501, a general conveyance speed of a conveying container 102 is obtained from a position of the conveying container 102 detected by a position detection unit 110 to determine whether the general conveyance speed is abnormal, and when it is determined that the general conveyance speed is abnormal, an inspection conveying container 105 is conveyed, and the cause of the abnormality in the general conveyance speed is determined based on the conveyance speed of the inspection conveying container 105.

  • Publication number: 20230123687
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic analysis system which, even when a large number of quality control samples is necessary, reduces the time necessary for quality control. To this end, this automatic analysis system is provided with multiple analysis devices (190), a conveyance unit (120) to which the analysis devices (190) are connected, and an operation unit (101) which operates the conveyance unit (120) to convey samples to the analysis device (190), wherein the automatic analysis system has a common storage cabinet (210) for storing the quality control samples that can be supplied to the multiple analysis devices (190), and in accordance with a rule registered in advance for each of the multiple analysis devices (190), the operation unit (101) operates the storage cabinet (210) to automatically convey a quality control sample to an analysis device (190).

  • Patent number: 11041874
Abstract: The automatic analyzer includes: a member to be washed, such as a probe or a stirrer for contacting and stirring a liquid; a wash station in which the member to be washed is washed with a washing liquid; and a measuring part that measures an optical characteristic of an evaluation reagent contained in a reaction cell. A control unit brings the member to be washed that has been washed in the wash station into contact with the evaluation reagent, causes the measuring part to measure the optical characteristic after contact with the evaluation reagent, and calculates the amount of the washing liquid carried into the reaction cell by the member to be washed, based on the measured optical characteristic.

  • Patent number: 10690690
Abstract: Provided is a specimen dispensing mechanism that includes a specimen nozzle dispensing a specimen to be analyzed in a specimen chamber to a reaction chamber by suctioning and ejecting the specimen, and the specimen dispensing mechanism is controlled so as to perform a specimen suctioning process of inserting the specimen nozzle into the specimen chamber and suctioning the specimen in the specimen chamber, a liquid suctioning process of suctioning a liquid by the specimen nozzle after the specimen suctioning process, and an ejection process of ejecting the liquid and a portion of the specimen to the empty reaction chamber from the specimen nozzle in this order. Thereby, it is possible to provide an automatic analyser and a method which are capable of dispensing a small amount of specimen with a high level of accuracy, without depending on the outer shape of a specimen nozzle or the viscosity of the specimen.
