  • Publication number: 20210304220
Abstract: A complex sourcing system enabled to implement different permutations and combinations based on several different business constraints for optimal analysis, sourcing, multi-level negotiation, contracting, procurement and payment. The working of the complex sourcing system includes the steps of: (a) preparing for a bid; (b) creating a bid; (c) executing a bid; (d) selecting an optimal supplier; (e) storing the award and supplier details in the contract management module of the system; and (f) preparing a contract between the buyer and the supplier.

  • Publication number: 20210304299
Abstract: A complex sourcing system that collects data from bidders. The information which is collected from the suppliers is interpreted by applying several business constraints including supplier award value criteria, supplier award volume criteria, etc. on it for the selection of an optimal supplier for the allocation of lanes. A user will create a scenario with collection of these business constraints. Once the scenario is created and while solving it, there might be a situation where the specified constraints cannot be satisfied and conflict. At this point, there is a need to identify the root cause of the infeasibility and repair it. For this, a priority of constraints will be provided by the user on scenario creation page. Based on the priority, the solver will auto correct/eliminate the constraints and return the feasible solution along with the set of constraints that are removed.

  • Patent number: 8782277
Abstract: A system, method, and computer program for supporting legacy URIs. A method includes receiving a request for a uniform resource identifier and initializing the request with at least an expiration identifier. The expiration identifier is one of a date, NOW, and NEVER. The method also include determining a redirection type based on a current date. If the current date is less than the expiration identifier or equal to NEVER, then use a meta tag redirect; and if the current date is greater than or equal to said expiration identifier or equal to NOW, then use a status code redirect. The method also includes mapping the URI to a redirect-URI. Corresponding systems and computer-readable instructions are also discussed.

  • Patent number: 7383272
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for managing information is disclosed. The information is stored in a database accessible to a plurality of users. A part of the information is isolated from the database. A user can modify the isolated part of the information. The modified information is compared with the isolated information and a set of changes is extracted from the comparison. The set of changes are appended to the information in the database. Each part of the information in the database has a version associated with it. When changes to a part of the information are appended, the modified part is versioned in an incremental fashion. Prior versions of a part of the information can be accessed and modified by the users.
