An interruption in the speech of the user is determined and the speech of the user is analyzed to determine a context of the speech. One or more language data sources are analyzed to generate a suggestion corresponding to the interruption and based on the context of the speech. The suggestion is presented to the user. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for prompting a user in substantially the same manner described above.

The assessment evaluating system renders the plurality of assessment results as a graphical representation, and applies analytic techniques to the graphical representation to evaluate the assessments and/or the assessment results. The system may gather learning data about what the user is learning during the onboarding, and send the data to a natural language processing system for analysis. Based on the analysis and the user and role profiles, a next set of onboarding materials may be determined by the system. Based on the next set of onboarding materials and the learning data, the role profile can be updated.
