The electronic report is provided to a computing device operated by the user. The electronic report includes one or more entries that each corresponds to an asset for sale. Each entry can include a link for the corresponding asset. In response to receiving user selection of a link on the report, one or more characteristics of the asset corresponding to the selected link are determined. One or more additional assets are determined based on the one or more characteristics. The electronic report is dynamically updated to include one or more entries corresponding to the one or more additional assets. A user profile of the user can also be updated in response to the user's selection.
