  • Publication number: 20090277575
Abstract: A laminated yarn, which is characterized in that it is prepared by a method comprising evaporating an antibacterial metal onto a synthetic resin film to form a vapor deposition membrane, adhering the resultant synthetic resin films so as for the vapor deposition membrane to be positioned inside, and cutting the resultant laminated film having a sandwiched structure in a long narrow form along its longitudinal direction. The yarn is free from the lowering of antibacterial activity by repeated washing, is excellent in the prevention of rise in its temperature, the insulation of heat and an electromagnetic wave, and antistatic properties, and has excellent appearance.

  • Patent number: 7521489
Abstract: A resin composition that excels in antibacterial action and realizes high aestheticity and safety, these properties retained for a prolonged period of time; and a relevant furniture, electrical household appliance and molding. Coating layer is superimposed on the surface of top board of table (furniture). This coating layer is formed by mixing synthetic resin with glitter and thereafter applying the mixture onto substrate of paper or wood, followed by drying. The glitter is produced by, for example, a process comprising forming a metal layer on a synthetic resin film through vapor deposition of an ion-exchangeable metal, subsequently bonding, with an adhesive, metal-clad synthetic resin films so that the metal layers come inside so as to obtain a sandwich structure and thereafter cutting the sandwich structure linearly or zigzag lengthwise and crosswise.

  • Publication number: 20070224897
Abstract: Fabric (A) comprising first laminated yarns (1) and second laminated yarns (2). The first laminated yarns (1) are obtained by first forming a metal layer on one surface of a synthetic resin film by vapor deposition, bonding synthetic resin films provided with metal layers to each other so that the metal layers come inside so as to produce a sandwich structure and cutting the sandwich structure into yarns. The second laminated yarns (2) are produced in the same manner as for the first laminated yarns (1) except that the metal layers thereof consist of a metal having a potential difference from the metal constituting the metal layers of the first laminated yarns (1). Fabric (B) as another embodiment is one comprising raw yarns having, attached thereto, a first laminated material and second laminated material obtained by pulverizing the two sandwich structures used in the production of the fabric (A).

  • Publication number: 20040224586
Abstract: Glitters which are provided with aesthetic, antistatic and heat insulating features due to antibacterial and electromagnetic-wave shielding features and metal colors, and which can be imparted to textile products; and cloth provided with these features. An antibacterial metal is vapor-deposited on a first synthetic resin film to form a deposited film, synthetic resin is spread on the antibacterial metal surface of the deposited film or a second synthetic resin film is bonded to the antibacterial metal surface to form a laminate, and the laminate is shredded into glitters (4), the glitters then being bonded by an adhesive (3) to raw yarns (2a) constituting a base cloth.

  • Patent number: 6274519
Abstract: A food wrapping cloth comprises a fabric serving as a material and formed of a warp and a weft; the warp being composed of a cellulosic fiber yarn and a twist yarn formed by twisting an antibacterial yarn with a cellulosic fiber yarn, the antibacterial yarn being formed by depositing an antibacterial metal on a synthetic resin film and cutting the antibacterial metal deposited on the synthetic resin film to be a fine and long yarn; and the weft being composed of a cellulosic fiber yarn.
