Abstract: A liquid property detection device includes: an electromotive force obtaining unit that obtains an electromotive force which is generated between two electrodes in a liquid container, the two electrodes formed by metals having respectively different ionization tendencies, and the liquid container containing a liquid so that the liquid is in contact with the two electrodes; a storage unit that stores a table showing correspondence between a property of the liquid contained in the liquid container and the electromotive force; a property determination unit that determines the property of the liquid contained in the liquid container on the basis of the electromotive force obtained by the electromotive force obtaining unit and the table stored in the storage unit; and an output unit that outputs information corresponding to the property determined by the property determination unit.

Abstract: A location warning system in a vehicle includes a position detector for detecting a vehicle position, a storage system for storing unsafe location information in a database, and a visual representation control means for visually representing the unsafe location information in a view of a driver of the vehicle when the vehicle is expected to pass the unsafe location. The unsafe location information defines a location of the unsafe factor as an unsafe location in association with the unsafe factor that affects a driving operation of the vehicle.

Abstract: A physical response record system includes a main unit and various sensors for recording driver's conditions and vehicle operations by a driver. The driver's conditions in combination with the vehicle operations are used to determine a risky situation of the vehicle based on an averaged driver's condition and the like. The risky situation is further analyzed for detecting a risky object and stored as a record for later use.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of easily identifying a coloring material composition. The method performs a chromatography step of loading a subject sample containing the coloring material composition to a chromatography apparatus that holds a separating base material containing a cellulosic material and a metallic oxide material, and of performing a chromatography using a mobile phase of a liquid in the analysis of the coloring material composition. According to such a chromatography apparatus, coloring materials contained in the coloring material composition can be favorably and easily separated.
