  • Publication number: 20180176503
Abstract: A signature to be used to verify whether or not an original version video captured by a camera has been altered is assigned in the camera to improve the evidential quality of the original version video captured by the camera. The camera (2) includes: an image pickup unit that captures a video of an area to be monitored; a CPU that generates, using a portion or the entirety of video data of the area to be monitored captured by the image pickup unit, a signature for verifying whether or not the video data have been altered; and a network communication unit that sequentially transmits, to a client terminal (4), signed video data obtained by assigning the signature generated by the CPU to the video data.

  • Publication number: 20140289799
Abstract: A communication apparatus transmits an authentication frame to an authentication apparatus and receiving a response frame for response to the authentication frame from the authentication apparatus so that an authentication process is performed for the communication apparatus by the authentication apparatus. The communication apparatus includes a receiving section which receives a communication frame transmitted from another apparatus, and an authentication processing section which determines whether the received communication frame is a frame of EAP-response (Extensible Authentication Protocol-response) or not. The authentication processing section discards the received communication frame if it is determined that the received communication frame is the frame of EAP-response.

  • Patent number: 8782742
Abstract: A communication apparatus transmits an authentication frame to an authentication apparatus and receives a response frame for response to the authentication frame from the authentication apparatus so that an authentication process is performed for the communication apparatus by the authentication apparatus. In the communication apparatus, a transmitting section transmits an authentication frame to the authentication apparatus using a multicast address as a transmission destination address, and if a reception determining section determines that the response frame is not received from the authentication apparatus, a transmission destination address changing section changes the transmission destination address from the multicast address to a broadcast address, and the transmitting section transmits the authentication frame that has the transmission destination address changed to the broadcast address to the authentication apparatus.

  • Patent number: 5035218
Abstract: A throttle valve control apparatus comprises a throttle valve element supported on a valve shaft, a wire for transferring a force of an accelerator operation part to the throttle valve element, a motor for driving the throttle valve, and a stopper member for transferring a driving force of the motor to the valve shaft. The stopper member has a gear part driven by the motor and a restraint part for restraining an opening degree of the throttle valve. A notch is provided near the restraint part. The driving force of the motor is transferred from the gear part to the stopper member at the time of traction control. The restraint part of the stopper member thus drives the throttle valve element in the close direction. The notch prevents the stopper member from coming in contact with the valve shaft.

  • Patent number: 4304650
Abstract: A stripping apparatus for use with a cathode base plate for electrolytic refining comprises a supporting means for holding a cathode plate in an upright position; a pair of stripping means having sharpened wedges mounted on their heads and including elastic means for actuating said stripping means so that the wedges may be spaced apart or draw toward each other, said wedges being arranged to move along the cathode base plate from its upper part to its lower part; working means for moving said stripping means; and controlling means for causing the stripping means to be drawn toward each other so that the wedges which are initially spaced from the surfaces of the base plate owing to the spacing movement of the stripping means engage the surface of the base plate and thereafter the stripping means are moved apart so that said wedges may be kept spaced from the surfaces of the base plate.
