Abstract: A toothbrush includes a handle body made of a hard resin and a brush molded body (20) made of a soft resin and distal to the handle body. An insertion portion of the handle body protrudes toward the brush molded body, which has a head base portion (21), an insertion hole (22) into which the insertion portion is inserted and fitted, and a filament (23) that protrudes toward a front surface side of the head base portion. A maximum distance range between a base end of the filament and a back surface (21c) of the head base portion is 2.0 mm to 4.5 mm, and a ratio of the maximum length (L2) of the insertion hole to the maximum length (L1) of the head base portion is between 0.30 and 0.70.
