  • Publication number: 20240088013
Abstract: A power control apparatus includes a busbar unit which supports a plurality of busbars connected to a plurality of semiconductor modules. The busbar includes a first plate shaped portion and a second plate shaped portion. The first plate shaped portion is adjacent to a cooling device in a posture facing an internal passage of the cooling device in the plate thickness direction. The second plate shaped portion is placed in a posture in which a plate thickness direction thereof intersects with a plate thickness direction of the first plate shaped portion. The second plate shaped portion has outer surfaces including a side surface having a narrower width corresponding to a plate thickness. The second plate shaped portion is placed in a posture in which the side surface faces the semiconductor module.

  • Patent number: 11929721
Abstract: A power amplifier module includes a first amplifier, a power splitter, a second amplifier, a third amplifier, a phase shifter, a combining unit, and a controller. The first amplifier amplifies a first signal and outputs a second signal. The power splitter splits the second signal into a third signal and a fourth signal. The second amplifier amplifies the third signal and outputs a fifth signal. The third amplifier amplifies the fourth signal and outputs a sixth signal. The phase shifter receives the fifth signal and shifts a phase of the fifth signal. The combining unit combines the fifth signal having the phase shifted by the phase shifter and the sixth signal and outputs an amplified signal of the second signal. The controller outputs a first control signal for controlling a power level of the sixth signal output from the third amplifier.

  • Patent number: 8618978
Abstract: Provided is a position information providing system which can reduce a time required for acquiring position information. An indoor transmitter is adapted to provide position information by using a second positioning signal compatible with a first positioning signal which is a spread spectrum signal from each of a plurality of satellites. The indoor transmitter includes an EEPROM which stores therein position data for identifying an installation location thereof, an FPGA operable to generate a second positioning signal including the position data as a spread spectrum signal, and a transmitting section operable to transmit the spread spectrum signal. The second positioning signal is generated to repeat the same content in a cycle shorter than that of the first positioning signal.

  • Patent number: 8174439
Abstract: An indoor transmitter is capable of programmably changing a format of a transmitter signal. A process to be performed by a position information providing apparatus comprises the step of acquiring a received positioning signal, and the step of identifying an emission source of the positioning signal, wherein, if the emission source of the positioning signal is an outdoor source, the process further comprises the step of acquiring a navigation message included in the positioning signal, and the step of performing a processing for calculating a position based on the signal, or, if the emission source of the positioning sign is an indoor source, the process further comprises the step of acquiring message data from the positioning signal, the step of acquiring coordinate values from the data, and the step of displaying position information based on the coordinate values.

  • Patent number: 7948437
Abstract: Positional information is provided at a place out of reach of radio wave. The process executed by a positional information providing apparatus includes the steps of: obtaining a received positioning signal; specifying an emission source of the positioning signal; obtaining, when the emission source of the positioning signal is outdoors, a navigation message included in the positioning signal; executing a process for calculating the position based on the signal; obtaining, when the emission source of the positioning signal is indoors, message data from the positioning signal; obtaining coordinate values from the data; and displaying positional information based on the coordinate values.
