  • Publication number: 20210194984
Abstract: A first communication section of an information processing device performs communication in a first segment of an IP network. A second communication section performs communication with other information processing devices via a non-IP wire interface. A proxy processing section generates a wire control command that is a control command using the wire interface on the basis of an IP control command that is a control command received from a first controller belonging to the first segment. The proxy processing section executes proxy processing on the basis of the wire control command by using the second communication section. The sharing processing section shares related information relating to a proxy control by the proxy processing section with a second information processing device belonging to a second segment.

  • Patent number: 10992727
Abstract: It is possible to perform favorable content reproduction on a reception side. An encoded stream including a plurality of pieces of encoded data having degree-of-priority information is acquired. Among the plurality of pieces of encoded data, decoding processing is performed with respect to a piece of encoded data having a predetermined or more degree of priority, and a decoded stream including decoded data is generated. Further, among the plurality of pieces of encoded data, an encoded stream including a piece of encoded data having less than the predetermined degree of priority is generated. The decoded stream and the encoded stream are simultaneously transmitted as a partially decoded stream to the reception side via a digital interface.

  • Patent number: 10477269
Abstract: To make it possible to apply optimal decoding processing to an encoded stream including a plurality of pieces of encoded data having degree-of-priority information. An encoded stream including a plurality of pieces of encoded data having degree-of-priority information is acquired. Whether or not a decoding ability of a reception side is equal to or greater than a decoding ability of the own side is determined on the basis of decoding ability information of the reception side indicating to what number of degree of priority decoding can be performed. In a case where the decoding ability of the reception side is equal to or greater than the decoding ability of the own side, an encoded stream is transmitted. On the contrary, in a case where the decoding ability of the reception side is less than the decoding ability of the own side, a decoded stream including decoded data generated by subjecting the encoded stream to decoding processing is transmitted.

  • Publication number: 20190324852
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit reads data from a memory, which stores the data including a data portion and a parity bit, and makes an error correction to the data. The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a memory controller for reading the data from the memory; and an error correction controller having an error correction circuit having the ability to correct a predetermined number of bits of errors. The error correction controller applies an error correction to the read data by the error correction circuit, and determines whether all errors contained in the data are corrected, based on the data portion and the parity bit of the data after the error correction. When not all the errors contained in the data are determined to be corrected, the error correction controller applies an error correction by the error correction circuit, while sequentially inverting the data value of each bit of the data.
