  • Publication number: 20230192055
Abstract: An anti-rotation sleeve for an electric brake system having a shaft received in and movable relative to a passage of a housing includes a body extending along a centerline from a first end to a second end. An inner surface defines a passage for receiving the shaft and pockets extending radially from the passage configured to provide sliding interfaces with tabs on the shaft. Projections provided on an outer surface of the body and extending parallel to the centerline cooperate with the housing to prevent rotation of the sleeve relative to the housing. Each projection is aligned with a normal direction of one of the interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20160130155
Abstract: Provided is a water treatment system with which it is possible for injection water suitable for drilling to be prepared from seawater and produced water, without decreasing drilling efficiency, and with consideration to environmental protection. To achieve this, the system is equipped with: a fresh water flow passage for conducting fresh water from a desalination apparatus which desalinates seawater to obtain fresh water; a treated water flow passage for conducting treated water from a water/oil separation apparatus which removes the oil component contained in the produced water from an oilfield, to obtain treated water; and an injection water preparation flow passage in which the flows of treated water conducted through the treated water flow passage and the fresh water conducted through the fresh water flow passage converge, and injection water for injection into the oilfield is prepared.

  • Patent number: 7371320
Abstract: A magnetic separation unit can prevent any magnetic flocs deposited on an inner wall of a water passing pipe from closing a water channel for stabilizing a magnetic separation performance and reduce cost by a small-diameter portion of the water passing pipe. The magnetic separation unit has an air-core solenoid type magnet provided around the water passing pipe guiding, from a lower side, treated water including magnetic flocs in which contaminants and magnetic particles are flocculated, a rotating disc type magnetic filter case provided above the air-core solenoid type magnet for attracting the magnetic flocs in the treated water supplied from the water passing pipe and flushing means for flushing the matrixes to which the magnetic flocs are attracted. The water passing pipe has a small-diameter pipe positioned in the air-core solenoid type magnet, and an enlarged pipe enlarged from the small-diameter pipe toward a water passing part of the rotating disc type magnetic filter case.

  • Patent number: 4615829
Abstract: An electroconductive organic polymer exhibiting outstanding electroconductivity is described, containing an electron acceptor as a dopant, and having electroconductivity of not less than 10.sup.-6 S/cm, substantially comprising a linear polymer having as a main repeating unit thereof a quinonediimine structure represented by formula (III) ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group. This polymer can be obtained by oxidative polymerization of an aniline compound or a water-soluble salt thereof with an oxidizing agent in a reaction medium containing a protonic acid.

  • Patent number: 4528156
Abstract: The invention provides a method for the preparation of a cured silicone rubber body by curing at room temperature and yet free from the problems of the low shape-retainability before curing of the conventional room temperature-vulcanizable silicone rubber compositions and the relatively poor mechanical strengths of the cured bodies thereof due to the use of relatively low molecular weight components therein. The method comprises shaping an organopolysiloxane composition comprising an organopolysiloxane of a sufficiently high molecular weight having at least two aliphatically unsaturated hydrocarbon groups, e.g. vinyl groups, per molecule and a platinum catalyst into a desired form and contacting the shaped form with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane in a liquid form so that the latter siloxane diffuses through the shaped body and pertains to the crosslinking reaction with the unsaturated groups in the former siloxane as catalyzed by the platinum catalyst to give a cured silicone rubber body.

  • Patent number: 4339486
Abstract: The present invention provides a unique solution of the difficult problem in the prior art that no efficient peelable release paper is available for temporarily protecting the sticky surface of the adhesive sheet material, e.g. adhesive tapes, adhesive labels, stickers and the like, from inadvertent sticking to an undesired surface when the sticking agent on the adhesive sheet is a silicone-based one. The inventive adhesive sheet material with temporarily protecting covering sheet is formed by use of a sheet of a hydrophilic material such as cellophane impregnated with water in a water content of at least 10% by weight as the temporarily protecting covering sheet. The thus hydrated protecting covering sheet is peelable with a relatively small peeling force without affecting the sticking power of the sticky surface of the adhesive sheet material.
