The terminal board is contained in the case and includes a relay conductor and a storage chamber containing the relay conductor. The relay conductor is to make a connection between the conductor line and the external power line. The storage chamber is hermetically closed by the seal member with respect to an outside of the case. The storage chamber has a discharge hole that allows communication between the storage chamber and the outside.
