  • Publication number: 20240152929
Abstract: In response to failure of an initial value transfer in a computer system, user input can be provided to choose between multiple alternative fallback options to change a value transfer processing plan. As another example, in response to failure of a single initial value transfer specified in a processing plan, a processing plan modification routine can include revising the processing plan to incorporate a fallback option allowed in processing plan rules in the computer system, where the fallback option can include multiple scheduled fallback value transfers that are each for amounts that are less than an amount of the initial value transfer. Additionally, a user interface control can be designed to receive user input to indicate selection of a value transfer option from a plurality of available value transfer options with different amounts of automation or interactivity for value transfers made according to the value transfer options.

  • Publication number: 20240129056
Abstract: A base station can select orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) numerologies that define subcarrier spacing values based on attributes associated with one or more services that a user equipment (UE) is using. The base station can use the selected OFDM numerologies for transmission associated with the services. When the UE is using multiple services simultaneously, the base station can select the same or different OFDM numerologies for the multiple services.

  • Patent number: 11962724
Abstract: A business method includes imaging documents with an imaging device placed at a location. Media usage is monitored over a cellular network. Upon the media reaching a predetermined level, workers provide additional media. Workers exist in the “gig” economy and have preplaced media. No longer do users change or swap media in media trays. Packaging materials bundle the media. For use, only a portion of the packaging materials is opened thereby revealing an end of the media. Both the packaging materials and the exposed media are inserted into a reusable media shell in a manner making the media available for picking by the imaging device. Other embodiments are envisioned.

  • Patent number: 11720746
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data object generation are described. A data service may receive an application programming interface (API) request that indicates a first template, a second template, a data set, and one or more user identifiers. The data service may retrieve the first template and the second template from a template library in response to the API request. The data service may generate a data object based on importing fields from the data set to the second template and linking the second template to the first template in accordance with a mapping between variables in the first template and the fields from the data set. The data service may transmit an API response that includes an identifier of the data object that is accessible to the one or more user identifiers.

  • Publication number: 20200402090
Abstract: An internet based software system that provides a method of creating referrals of consumer products, events and services, to enable users in the system to electronically refer products to other users and obtain rewards when referred purchases are made. These rewards can be in the form of actual local currency, merchandise, or a Points system with a currency valuation. The system consists of sending unique links over email, social media, or websites to communicate referrals to others. The system tracks each click and stores unique identifiers for each referral response. The system also consists of special plugins that are installed on third-party websites to track the purchases that have come from user referrals. Upon purchase, the communication transactions are analyzed, and rewards are given out to each user that has a referral link recorded from the purchaser.

  • Patent number: 10728783
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for improving inter-Radio Access Technology (RAT) measurements. A user equipment (UE) determines, while in a connected state Discontinuous Reception (CDRX) mode in a first cell of a first Radio Access Technology Network (RAT), that a second cell of a second RAT is to be measured. The UE schedules at least two operational periods related to transitioning between ON and OFF states of the CDRX mode to overlap, to increase a period available for measuring signals in the second cell.
