Abstract: In accordance with example embodiments, a system may include a first frame pivotally mounted on a second frame and a latch attached to the first frame. In example embodiments, the latch may include a latch arm pivotally connected to the first frame and a spring attached to the latch arm. In example embodiments the spring may include a wheel configured to engage the second frame so that when the wheel is engaged with the second frame, at least a portion of the latch arm is rotated above an upper surface of the first structure and when the wheel is not engaged with the second frame the latch arm is substantially, if not entirely, below the upper surface of the first structure.
