In the trailer system embodiment, included is a detachable trailer neck that has at least one swivel wheel assembly located at a rear portion of the neck. The swivel wheel assemblies can be lifted or lowered using hydraulic or air cylinders. The neck or tongue has a transversely oriented pivot joint with an adjustable tongue weight assembly using springs and an air or hydraulically operated cylinder to adjust tongue weight.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a vehicle that is employed in retrieving, transporting and delivering portable storage units (“PSUs”). The vehicle can achieve retrieval and/or delivery within tight spaces via telescopic frame and hoist assemblies. A rearward support assembly is included for stabilizing the entire apparatus during both retrieval and delivery. The vehicle can take the form of either a trailer or an integrated vehicle.     Abstract: A wheel suspension system for a trailer. The wheels are attached to a wheel truck assembly that is slideably attached to a rail system mounted to the bottom of the trailer. The wheel truck assembly is slideable along the rail system to a section of rail that is moveable, the moveable section is slideably interfaced to a vertical rail system so that the wheel truck assembly and the moveable section retracts into a wheel truck compartment as the trailer is lowered to the pavement, allowing loading and unloading while keeping the contents substantially level.
