Abstract: An enclosure includes a shelving unit having a first collapsible frame, a second collapsible frame, a plurality of shelf support rods each having a first end connected to the first collapsible frame and a second end connected to the second collapsible frame, a plurality of shelves that are each removably supported by a pair of shelf support rods from the plurality of shelf support rods, and at least a first cover support having a first end connected to the first collapsible frame and a second end connected to the second collapsible frame. A flexible cover at least partially encloses the shelving unit and is supported with respect to the shelving unit at least in part by engagement of the flexible cover with the first cover support. At least a portion of the flexible cover is at least translucent.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible structure having a frame element disposed within a sleeve, defining a perimeter of at least one wall is disclosed. A roof is connected to the at least one wall at a seam, wherein a portion of the sleeve is connected to the seam, and wherein the roof and the at least one wall define an interior of the structure. The portion of the sleeve connected to the seam is disposed within the interior of the structure. The roof and at least one wall may further comprise a flexible material such as nylon, canvas, or polyethylene. Further, the frame element may additionally comprise a continuous band of resilient material. Such a band of resilient material may have sufficient flexibility to be coiled without breaking and sufficient resiliency to substantially return to and maintain its original shape. Steel may be such a suitable resilient material.

Abstract: A preassembled, collapsible tree stand hunting blind which folds into a compact package, utilizing coilable steel frame members which may be collapsed. The enclosure is adapted to be attached to the trunk of the tree and to an associated platform, such as a hunter's tree stand. The enclosure is provided with camouflage elements to render the user relatively invisible to game in the surrounding environment.

Abstract: The invention is a collapsible portable enclosure which is provided with 3-dimensional elements around portions of its perimeter. Various patterns, including but not limited to, pattern simulating leaves of various types of foliage are cut into a strip of fabric which is secured to the perimeter of the structure. The 3-dimensional elements protrude from the perimeter of the enclosure, move with the prevailing winds, and simulate the appearance and movement of leaves or foliage in the same environment. The enclosure further includes elastic strips to facilitate attachment of actual foliage to the exterior of the enclosure to improve its camouflage characteristics.
