The processing includes determining that data corresponding to the event is needed from the tenant instance, requesting the data from an application programming interface (API) corresponding to the tenant instance, receiving the data from the tenant instance, and executing actions within the platform based on the data, the type of event, and a configuration of services defined for the tenant instance.
