  • Patent number: 11945682
Abstract: A lanyard having a locking mechanism is provided. The lanyard locking mechanism actuates between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the lanyard spool is restricted from rotating, and in the unlocked position, the lanyard spool is permitted to rotate with reduced interference from the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes biasing components that bias the locking mechanism to remain stationary unless sufficient force is exerted.

  • Patent number: 11937880
Abstract: A system and method of monitoring a procedure includes a medical device. The medical device includes an elongate device including a flexible body, a tracking system disposed along at least a portion of the flexible body, and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the tracking system. The one or more processors are configured to receive a route to a target location in an anatomy, determine one or more features of the route based on a first anatomical representation, generate a reduced anatomical representation based on the one or more features of the route, receive real-time position information from the tracking system, associate the real-time position information to the reduced anatomical representation, and dynamically display the reduced anatomical representation with the associated real-time position information.

  • Publication number: 20230182487
Abstract: Thermal transformative variable gloss control produces selectively variable levels of gloss finish on thermoformed materials. In embodiments, the power level of LED curing lamps associated with an ink jet printer that is using thermoforming inks for printing is selectively varied depending upon a desired level of gloss in a finished substrate. Heat treating of the substrate during thermoforming or in an oven develops the glossy finish on the substrate in relation to the level of power applied to the printer LED curing lamps during printing.

  • Patent number: 5839167
Abstract: An article carrying device releasably attachable to clothing or an accessory of a user. A clip is provided with a section of hook and loop fastening material that will releasably retain an article that has either a cooperating section of hook and loop fastening material or a texture which will be retained by said section of hook and loop fastening material. The article is releasably attached to the clip by alignment and manual pressing of the section of hook and loop fastening material on the clip and the cooperating portion of the article. The carried article is easily and quickly accessible to the user by removing from the clip by manual pulling and separation. The article carrying clip is particularly suited for retaining golf gloves when temporarily removed by a golfer, for example while putting.

  • Patent number: 5156425
Abstract: A resilient vehicle side bumper including a resilient body member having a forward section and a rearward section. Coacting end portions of the forward and rearward sections are releasably joinable to form the body member. A rotatable locking tab extends from the back or vehicle side of the forward and rearward sections for releasably locking the side bumper to the vehicle. Expansion and compression sites are provided adjacent the locking tab to facilitate flexion of the body member. A plurality of suction cups and magnet strips on the vehicle side of the male and female portions releasably adhere the body member to the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5071181
Abstract: A resilient vehicle side bumper having an elongated body member and fastening members extended from forward and rearward end portions of the elongated body member for releasably securing the side bumper to the vehicle. A first fastening member is included with an elastic member for connecting the first fastening member to the elongated body member, the elastic member further capable of expanding sufficiently to allow the first fastening member to be interconnected with a second fastening member mounted on the vehicle. A locking device is included which, when engaged, blocks the first fastening member from undesired disconnection from the second fastening member. A fastening member attached to the end of the elastic member is comprised of a cylindrical body having an arcuate passageway for receipt of the elastic member. The arcuate passageway extends from an entrance port in an outer side edge of the cylindrical body to an exit port in the outer side edge of the cylindrical body.
