Abstract: Sourcing and work product techniques are described. In one or more implementations, a system includes one or more modules implemented at least partially in hardware and that are configured to collect data related to an opportunity described in a posting. The data is collected via an application made by a user to the posting, a recommendation made on behalf of another user based on the posting, and at least one discovery made via a search. The system also includes at least one module implemented at least partially in hardware and configured to generate a user interface that includes representations of users from the data and a portion that is configured to display potential candidates responsive to one or more selections made via the user interface of one or more of the representations.
