The method includes prompting the first party to input the secret code. The method includes authenticating the first party based on the input from the first party.

Abstract: Systems, methods and articles of manufacture for a computerized advertising analysis tool for identifying and/or predicting the effect of future external events on the viewership and effectiveness of an advertising campaign. The system access and analyzes data regarding past events and viewership data to determine the past effect on viewership. The system then accesses analyzes future events to predict and estimate the effect of the future events on the advertising campaign based on the analysis of past events and viewership data. An advertiser may then use this information to evaluate the advertising campaign, allowing the advertiser to modify or negotiate the proper pricing for the advertising campaign.

Abstract: A grill insert may be placed within a pan or other cooking implement to hold food above a heat source and to keep fluids from contacting the food. As food cooks upon the grill insert, fluids may drain into lower chambers or reservoirs. The grill rods are shaped to focus heat upon the food and to maximize space for holding fluids released during the cooking process. The form of the grill insert may have an underside with a center void so as to conform to a typical pan having a raised center portion.

The system can also be readily customized for use in other markets and scenarios that are outside of disaster response. The device incorporates a GPS and/or a radio and/or cell phones with very simplified, pre-programmed instructions which are uploaded automatically in the device's memory via wireless technology prior to the unit's first use at a disaster site. Radios on the units can enable the searchers to audibly communicate with each other without cell towers. The system can be employed by cleanup teams, insurance adjusters, and any number of pre- or post-teams both focused on short and long term recovery operations. The system can also export data gathered in the field, as well as integrate this data with other pre-existing software via software APIs contained within the system and cell phone software.

Abstract: A motor/generator system that can be controlled internally based on external power-generating needs or in response to operating parameters. The system can be controlled manually by a user to select desired power-generating needs. The system can also be controlled by an algorithm taking into consideration parameters such as vehicle velocity and potential to predict speed, braking, acceleration or deceleration. In the motor/generator, stator plates can be moved by linear controllers in response to these external inputs to vary the amount of required power, creating an on-demand charging system that can efficiently transfer power and extend the life of the system.

Abstract: A riser for a skateboard with an integrated LED light is disclosed. The riser is made of clear acrylic and attaches between the deck and the truck of the skateboard. The riser is battery powered and rechargeable. The LED emits light that travels through the riser and exits in almost all directions, thereby illuminating the space directly in front of and around the skateboard.

Abstract: An implementation of the inventive concept enables an outside entity to alter user's internet experience on a system-wide level. Specifically, inventive system enables a merchant, a distributor or any other entity to send contextually-relevant messages directly to the user's computer. Upon the receipt of the messages by the controller application residing on the user's computer, the messages are shown to the user by being incorporated into representation of various resources viewed by the user. For example, the received messages are incorporated into web pages viewed by the user by means of code injection. This way, the merchant, distributor or any other entity may provide targeted advertising to the user in a contextually relevant manner. Specifically, the controller application residing on the user's computer may detect requests for specific resources issued by the user in accordance with a predetermined criteria and incorporate the aforesaid received messages into those selected resources.

Abstract: Improved eyewear is disclosed. The eyewear comprises a frame member and a lens. The eyewear also includes circuitry within the frame member for enhancing the use of the eyewear. A system and method in accordance with the present invention is directed to a variety of ways to enhance the use of eyeglasses. They are: (1) media focals, that is, utilizing the eyewear for its intended purpose and enhancing that use by using imaging techniques to improve the vision of the user; (2) telecommunications enhancements that allow the eyeglasses to be integrated with telecommunication devices such as cell phones or the like; and (3) entertainment enhancements that allow the eyewear to be integrated with devices such as MP3 players, radios, or the like.
