Abstract: An improved temporary structure utilizes an enhanced, heavy-duty frame that is specially engineered to be easily transported, assembled, used and then disassembled and transported again, all while simultaneously providing superior strength and support to the shell covering and flexibility in configuration to meet the varying needs of a myriad of different users. The exterior shell covering can be constructed of tough, all-weather materials that can handle rain, wind, sleet, snow, sun, sand, and other harsh conditions while staying attached to the frame and properly supported thereby; the two working in concert to provide a much improved temporary structure.

Abstract: An outdoor spa covering device includes a frame member having generally vertical supports, first generally horizontal supports, second generally horizontal supports, roof supports, and first, second, third, and fourth connecting mechanisms. The first connecting mechanism removably connects such first generally horizontal supports at first ends and second ends thereof generally adjacent to first ends of such generally vertical supports. The second connecting mechanism removably connects such second generally horizontal supports at first ends and second ends thereof generally adjacent to second ends of such generally vertical supports. The third connecting mechanism removably connects such roof supports at first ends thereof generally adjacent to at least one of second ends of such generally vertical supports, predetermined locations on such second generally horizontal supports, and a combination thereof. The fourth connecting mechanism removably connects the second ends of such roof supports.

Abstract: A spa covering device is provided. Such spa covering device includes a substantially hollow self-supporting covering member for covering at least one of a tub portion of a spa tub, a deck portion of such spa tub and a combination thereof. The covering member is manufactured from a first predetermined material and has a first predetermined size and a first predetermined shape. An access mechanism is operably disposed on a first predetermined portion of the covering member at a predetermined location thereon for enabling a user to at least one of enter such spa tub, exit such spa tub, and a combination thereof after the covering member has been placed at least one of on and over such spa tub.
