  • Publication number: 20230154833
Abstract: A module package in which electronic components are packaged. The package module may comprise a base, at least one component, a housing, and a coaxial lead assembly. The component is over the base. The housing is over the base and encompasses the component. The coaxial lead assembly extends out of the housing and facilitates electrical connections with the component. The at least one coaxial lead assembly comprises a dielectric structure, a central conductor, and an outer conductor formed by a top wall extending between two side walls. The central conductor may be between the two side walls. The dielectric structure may reside between the central conductor and the outer conductor, such that the central conductor and outer conductor are isolated from one another.

  • Patent number: 10097164
Abstract: Monolithic attenuator, limiter, and linearizer circuitry to be integrated with other circuitry on a chip are provided. According to one aspect, a monolithic attenuator and limiter circuit comprises an input terminal, an output terminal, a first resistor having a first terminal coupled to the input terminal and a second terminal coupled to the output terminal, and a second resistor having a first terminal coupled to the first or second terminal of the first resistor and a second terminal coupled to ground. At least the first resistor is a non-linear resistor whose resistance changes as a function of the voltage across the resistor. The monolithic attenuator and limiter circuit may be part of a “Pi” or “Tee” topology. According to another aspect, a non-linear shunt resistor coupled to the input of an amplifier circuit can operate to linearize the gain of the amplifier circuit over a range of input levels.

  • Patent number: 9444469
Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods disclosed herein may initialize a delay-locked loop (DLL) or phase-locked loop (PLL) to achieve a locked condition and may then initiate a quiescent mode of operation. Quiescent operation may be achieved by breaking a feedback loop associated with the DLL or PLL to prevent updates to a variable delay line associated with the DLL and/or to a variable frequency oscillator associated with the PLL. An output clock phase associated with the DLL or PLL may thus be held substantially constant following a DLL initialization period. Additional embodiments are disclosed and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20060220331
Abstract: An implement for negotiating sloped hillsides having a front carriage with a rigid axle that stays oriented to the slope of the ground being traversed. The front axle and drive assembly has two opposing tilt connections which allow hydraulic or other operators on the opposite side of the implement to extend and tilt the implement body to maintain a level condition. This arrangement keeps the center of gravity lower and positions the points of load application to the axle assembly nearer the ends of the axle and adjacent to the wheels and tires or other ground contacting drive. The operator on one side is contracted when the opposing operator is to be extended. One operator is used to tilt in one direction and the opposing tilt operator is used to tilt in the opposite direction.

  • Patent number: 4969540
Abstract: The center loop anti-rattle spring (50) comprises a pad biasing plate (52) which biases disc brake pads radially inwardly to prevent rattling. The pad biasing plate (52) has at one axial edge (55) a loop arm (56) which extends around approximately 270.degree. in order to position an axially extending axial arm (58) orthogonally relative to the pad biasing plate (52). The axial arm (58) extends into circumferentially extending ear members (62) each having an opening (64) for receiving a pin (60) which connects the spring (50) to a torque support member (18). Each ear member (62) extends into a radial retention tab (66) which extends axially under an arm end (22) of the torque support member (18). The pad biasing plate (52) has oppositely disposed corner recessed areas (54) for reception of the radial retention tabs (66). The axial arm (58) includes a center notch (63) for receiving a base portion (57) of the loop arm (56) during manufacture of the spring.

  • Patent number: 4039473
Abstract: A high yield active carbon is obtained from brown coal, lignite and similar carbonaceous materials. The brown coal is converted into a potassium-coal by reaction with an aqueous solution containing potassium ions; the potassium-coal is carbonized (pyrolysed) and the char so produced is leached to remove the bound potassium ions. The potassium-coal can be tabletted or extruded prior to the carbonization. Surface areas of up to 1500 m.sup.2 /g have been observed in the product. Additional activity can be achieved by subjecting the product to a conventional activation process.
