The device for operating a navigation satellite on the basis of a code division transmission array antenna, according to the present invention, comprises: a code generation unit for allocating a spread spectrum code to each of a plurality of antennas; a determination unit for determining, as transmission-end antennas, at least some of the plurality of antennas, to which different spread spectrum codes are allocated; and a processing unit, which arranges each of the transmission-end antennas at predetermined coordinates such that a plurality of signals transmitted from the transmission-end antennas are transmitted to reception-end antennas through multiple paths.
