The display light bar defines a channel in which one or more LEDs may be arranged to emit lights of a desired color or colors, providing a method for identifying goods hung on the hanging bar at a distance. A tagger is provided at an opposed end of the display light bar for hanging a tagging plate providing additional information regarding the goods.
