One base includes three or more legs and offset casters. Alternatively, the base includes a pedestal having a tapered gas cylinder. The tablet assembly includes a support arm, a pivot assembly attached to one end of the support arm tablet, and a tablet attached to the pivot assembly. The tablet can rotate horizontally on the support arm. The tablet assembly also includes a mounting assembly attached to the other end of the support arm. The support arm can rotate relative to the seat structure. Rotation of the tablet relative to the support arm and rotation of the support arm relative to the seat structure is constrained by stops in the pivot assembly and tablet mounting assembly, respectively.

Abstract: An adjustable apparatus includes a partition having upper and lower horizontal frame members, and first and second support panel subassemblies adjustably attached to the partition for adjustably supporting a horizontal panel, such as a shelf. Upper and lower brackets each include a U-shaped section that mateably vertically adjustably engages a rear edge of the associated vertical support panel for providing vertical adjustability. Screws secure the U-shaped section at a selected height to the associated vertical support panel. The upper and lower brackets each further include an attachment flange section with hooks shaped to horizontally adjustably engage slots in the respective horizontal frame members. The upper and lower brackets are selectively attachable to the partition in a plurality of positions including off-module positions located between side edges of the partition. At least one horizontal shelf or worksurface extends between, is attached to, and is supported by the support panel subassemblies.

Abstract: A linear ambient lighting system is adapted for on-site fabrication in open building plans and the like. The lighting system includes a plurality of elongated lighting elements having electrical power sockets at the opposite ends thereof to physically support the lighting elements and electrically connect the same with electrical connectors to supply electrical power to the lighting elements. Suspended fixture supports are connected with and support the electrical power sockets and are configured to be spaced longitudinally along the length of the associated lighting fixture. Hangers are provided with first ends connected with an overhead support portion of an associated building, and second ends connected with and supporting the fixture supports. An elongated housing having an uninterrupted one-piece construction is formed on-site from strip stock to a selected length that extends continuously along the entire length of the associated lighting fixture.
