Abstract: A refueling platform for filling a vehicle tank with liquid hydrogen comprises a base, a lifting device arranged on the base, a support device arranged on the base, which support device is liftable by way of the lifting device, a cryogenic hydrogen filling tank arranged on the support device, and a conveying device. The conveying device is connectable to a filler hose that is adapted for connecting to a vehicle tank. With said refueling platform a vehicle tank can be replenished that cannot be accessed at ground level, for example a hydrogen tank for operating a fuel cell, which hydrogen tank is arranged in the tail section of an aircraft.
