  • Publication number: 20160377652
Abstract: A semiconductor device manufacturing method which enables high quality semiconductor device testing. The method includes the following steps : providing a test board in which a plurality of IC sockets mounted on the front surface and a plurality of surface mount relay sockets to be electrically coupled to the IC sockets are mounted on the back surface; and placing semiconductor devices in the IC sockets and performing a test on the semiconductor devices with relays attached to the relay sockets. The IC socket and the test board are electrically coupled by a plurality of coupling terminals provided in an area for the IC socket in a plan view, and some of the electronic component sockets are mounted in a manner to overlap some of the IC sockets in a plan view.

  • Publication number: 20030202158
Abstract: An apparatus for shining light on an object, a shot of which is intermittently taken by a camera during intermittent periods, includes a light source which emits the light, and a shutter unit which intermittently blocks the light, such that the light is intermittently shone on the object during periods excluding the intermittent periods.

  • Patent number: 5818420
Abstract: A 3D object graphics display device for storing information about 3D objects such as works of art or buildings, and for displaying them on a 2D display. The "3D shape data" and "texture data" of a 3D object is stored in a memory in advance. When an operator operates a manipulator, a 2D image is generated, which would be acquired when the 3D object is seen from a viewpoint indicated by the manipulator, by using the 3D shape data and the texture data in every 1/60 sec or less interval (that is, a minimum display interval of the display device). The 2D image is shown on the display, giving the operator a virtual-reality-like feeling as if he was actually holding the 3D object.

  • Patent number: 5651261
Abstract: A receiver (4) is provided in a main line (9a) and a bypass passage (4a) having an open/shut-off valve (SV) is provided for introducing gas refrigerant in the receiver (4) into a low-pressure liquid line. A motor-operated expansion valve (5) is fully closed, the open/shut-off valve (SV) is opened, and then defrosting operation is executed. At the initial stage of the defrosting operation, the open/shut-off valve (SV) is closed. When a discharge-pipe temperature Td drops to or below a specified temperature, the open/shut-off valve (SV) is closed. When the discharge-pipe temperature Td rises to or above a specified temperature, the motor-operated expansion valve (5) is once opened to a specified opening. When defrosting operation is completed, the open/shut-off valve (SV) is opened in a heating cycle and the motor-operated expansion valve (5) is gradually opened.

  • Patent number: 5333213
Abstract: An image region extraction capable of extracting an image of a significant moving object in a dynamic image accurately and easily at high speed. The operator is required to manually enter the rough boundaries for the significant region in the first two fields of the dynamic image only, and the subsequent extraction operation for each subsequent field of the dynamic image is carried out automatically according to the conjectured rough boundary obtained on a basis of the extraction regions for the two fields immediately preceding that field. The extraction region for the significant region is obtained from the rough boundary on a basis of an original image of a respective field of the dynamic image, and the extracted image of the significant region in each field of the dynamic image is obtained by multiplying the original image of each field and the extraction region for the significant region in each field.
