Patent number: 9855013Abstract: A radiography system includes an imaging controller, a reconstruction processor, a process sequence controller and a display section. The imaging controller controls a radiation source to move in a range of a designated sweep angle and project X-rays at different angles to an imaging subject, while controlling a flat panel detector to acquire a set of projection images. The reconstruction processor uses the set of projection images to produce a plurality of tomographic images for use in diagnosis. The process sequence controller determines a parameter for sorting the plurality of tomographic images into first and second groups according to the sweep angle of the radiation source so as the first group of tomographic images to be produced prior to the second group of tomographic images. The display section displays at least the first group of tomographic images.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2015Date of Patent: January 2, 2018Assignee: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Seiki Morita, Takaaki Higuchi, Masataka Sugahara, Wataru Sasaki

Patent number: 8327184Abstract: Unique information including a logical type name is stored in a user data area of a management area as a media of the alternative disk drive to become an alternative of the storage device. Upon using the alternative disk drive, a disk controller reads the unique information of the alternative disk drive, and determines that copy back is unnecessary when the rotating speed and capacity belonging to the unique information of the alternative disk drive are the same as the rotating speed and capacity of the failed disk drive belonging to RAID, and otherwise determines that copy back is necessary.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 2011Date of Patent: December 4, 2012Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Kenji Onabe, Seiki Morita

Patent number: 7730474Abstract: When the main power source is turned on, a storage system creates a revision table for storing the revision of main firmware installed in a resource management processor of the storage system. Next, the main firmware is loaded from a system drive into a cache memory. When the revision of the main firmware installed in the resource management processor is old, this main firmware is renewed to the main firmware loaded into the cache.Type: GrantFiled: September 14, 2005Date of Patent: June 1, 2010Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Izuta, Seiki Morita, Atsushi Ishikawa

Publication number: 20100023847Abstract: A subject of the invention is to propose a storage subsystem assuring high reliability and not impairing processing performance. The invention is a storage subsystem which includes a storage device including a hard disk drive and a controller for controlling an access to the storage device in response to a predetermined access command transmitted from a host computer. The storage subsystem stores, in response to a write request transmitted from the host computer, data associated with the write request together with its parity in the storage device as well as verifies the validity of the data stored in the storage device independently of a response to the write request and, when there is an abnormality in the data, repairs the abnormal data.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2008Publication date: January 28, 2010Inventors: Seiki Morita, Junji Ogawa
