    Abstract: An article of manufacture for a hat and eye shield comprised of a hat, a bill attached to the front of the hat having a plurality of vertical openings extending vertically through the distal edge of the bill furthest from the hat, a lens with a plurality of pins extending vertically up from its top surface, the pins on the lens inserted into the vertical openings through the distal edge of the bill furthest from the hat, and the pins on the lens anchored to the vertical openings in the bill by an extrusion means.
