  • Patent number: 11122935
Abstract: A ceramic deep-frying device capable of withstanding high temperatures and releasing far-infrared energy is made by grinding and mixing mullite, spodumene, energy ceramic material, ball clay, and kaolin clay into clay blank; molding the blank into ceramic green body; and sintering the green body at 1250-1320° C. for 18-24 hours. The device is completely immersed in the oil in a deep-frying vessel while leaving a gap between the device and heating pipe in the vessel or the inner bottom wall of the vessel, for enabling the oil to circulate through the through holes in the device due to temperature difference in the oil, causing the energy ceramic material to release anions and far-infrared rays that decrease van der Waals forces between oil molecules, and hence split, the oil molecules, thereby extending the service life of the oil, shortening the deep-frying time required, and lowering the oil content of deep-fried food.

  • Patent number: 10757963
Abstract: A heat-transforming ceramic roasting cylinder and a coffee bean roaster using the same are provided. The ceramic roasting cylinder is made by grinding and mixing ball clay, kaolin clay, mullite, spodumene, and an energy ceramic material into a clay blank; molding the clay blank into ceramic green bodies; and sintering the ceramic green bodies at 1250˜1320° C. for 18˜24 hours. The ceramic roasting cylinder has an internal roasting space where coffee beans are loaded. The ceramic roasting cylinder also has evenly distributed capillary pores through which heat can circulate to induce the energy ceramic material in the roasting cylinder to release negative ions and far-infrared rays. The far-infrared rays can reduce the van der Waals forces between the oil molecules in the coffee beans instantly, splitting large oil molecules into smaller ones, ensuring the oil in the beans are released sufficiently, evenly, and rapidly to the vicinity of the bean surface.

  • Publication number: 20130249763
Abstract: A communication antenna for a thin-film mobile device particularly relates to an antenna arranged on a cover of the mobile device and having an enhanced effect on transmission or reception of signals. The communication antenna connected to a transceiver circuit of the mobile device includes a plastic substrate, a metal layer joining an interface layer coated on the plastic substrate, wherein the metal layer is engraved with a separating loop that may have various shapes and areas such that the separating loop encloses an antenna that may have various shapes and areas, and an insulating protective layer coated on the engraved metal layer so as to cover the metal layer and the separating loop. Thereby, the mobile device has an enhanced effect on transmission or reception of signals and provides prevention of electromagnetic interference (EMI).

  • Publication number: 20050284461
Abstract: A far-infrared barbecue device includes a body having four sidewalls so as to form a barbecue area and a gas burner is transversely installed in the barbecue area. A plurality of support frames is located at an inner bottom of the barbecue area and the gas burner is located between the support frames. A plurality of far-infrared ceramic boards stand between the support frames and located above the gas burner. A food rack composed of a plurality of ceramic bars is installed above the far-infrared ceramic boards so that food is cooked by the far-infrared energy and maintains its flavor and nutrition. The food rack has non-stick surface and are durable high temperature and easily to be cleaned.
