The “notTarget” variable indicates that the target transaction of interest is not included in the transaction data. The model predicts a first result based on the “notTarget” variable. The model is applied to the transaction data using an “isTarget” variable. The “isTarget” variable indicates that the target transaction of interest is included in the set of customer raw transaction data. The model predicts a second result based on the “isTarget” variable. The system determines a difference between the second and first results. The difference is a predicted incremental impact on cardholder behavior. The system presents the predicted incremental impact on cardholder behavior to an issuer associated with the transaction data.

The target transactions are related to a target transaction event. A target transaction identifier is appended to each target transaction. The raw transaction data is stored to a first data table. A first neural network is trained using the first data table to generate a training data classification model. The training data classification model is applied to the first data table. A first similarity score distribution associated with the target transactions and a second similarity score distribution associated with the non-target transactions is determined. A plurality of non-target transactions whose combined similarity score distribution matches the target transactions is selected. The target transactions and the selected plurality of non-target transactions are stored to a second data table and a second neural network is trained using the second data table.

    Abstract: A firewall processing card from a plurality of firewall processing cards coupled to a chassis, is selected by a load balancing engine (or other mechanism) and receives the data packet over the fabric channel. First, if the session match exists to management-type data packets the data packet is returned to the I/O board and if a match exists to user data packets the data packet is sent to a firewall service of the firewall processing card. If no session match exists, the firewall processing card checks for a policy match to the data packet for creating a new session or drops the data packet. The I/O board receives the data packet returned from the processing blade over the base channel and checks for a session matching to the data packet. If a session match exists and the data packet is a management data packet, the data packet is sent to a management service at a user level of the I/O board and if not a management data packet the data packet is dropped.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods to efficiently execute predictions models to identify future values associated with various nodes. A server retrieves a set of nodes and generates a primary prediction model using data aggregated based on all nodes. The server then executes various clustering algorithms in order to segment the nodes into different clusters. The server then generates a secondary (corrective) prediction model to calculate a correction needed to improve the results achieved by executing the primary prediction model for each cluster. When a node with unknown/limited data and attributes is identified, the server identifies a cluster most similar the new node and further identifies a corresponding secondary prediction model. The server then executes the primary prediction model in conjunction with the identified secondary prediction model to populate a graphical user interface with an accurate predicted future attribute for the new node.
