A smart phone includes a microphone which senses interior noise or sound of the vehicle and generates a sound control signal to diminish or amplify the interior noise based on the driving information from the driving information provider. An audio amplifier amplifies the sound control signal received from the smart phone and outputs an amplified signal though a speaker.
